3D laser scanner that can significantly shorten on-site work.

We support repair work and utilization projects for cultural properties using 3D digital technology, including modernization, preservation and utilization of industrial heritage, and maintenance and management surveys of tunnel walls.
Using digital technologies such as 3D laser scanning, we support the repair and utilization of valuable cultural heritage structures, including stone walls. The 3D laser is a measuring instrument that can obtain extensive three-dimensional position coordinates and color information in a short time from a distance. Therefore, it allows for the rapid recording of the shapes and displacement measurements of large structures such as bridges and dams, as well as modern heritage sites. We also utilize high-resolution handheld scanners to create scaled models using 3D printers. 【Examples (excerpt)】 - Nogi Town Brick Kiln, Manda Pit → Shape recording, creation of general drawings → For detailed recording of damage conditions, aerial photogrammetry using a remote-controlled helicopter - Gunkanjima (listed on the World Heritage Tentative List) → Using 3D lasers and an omnidirectional panorama shooting system to record three-dimensional information of the reduced shape and collect images. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
You can operate it yourself! You can check the measurement data in 3D point cloud simultaneously with the measurement.
"Want to carry out renovation work but have no drawings?" "Drawings and site are inconsistent." "Do you have concerns such as wanting to pass on technology or provide training?" With the adoption of the 3D laser scanner 'IMAGER 5016', it is possible to confirm measurement data in 3D point clouds simultaneously with measurement. In the measurement site, automatic noise processing is performed using a general-purpose tablet PC, achieving composite processing and colorization. No external outsourcing is required. 【Features】 - No composite target needed, horizontal 360 degrees, vertical 320 degrees, high-speed scan typically in 3 minutes - High precision of less than 1mm at 50m, measurement range of 360m radius - Automatic noise processing on-site with a general-purpose tablet PC - Achieves composite processing and colorization - No external outsourcing required *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
We will introduce a case study of a customer who measured a tunnel using a ground-based 3D laser scanner!
Our company handles the ground-based 3D laser scanner 'S-3180V'. It is a suitable ground-based 3D scanner for inspecting tunnel cracks and other issues. In cases where customers have measured tunnels using this product, the separation areas of concrete walls are clearly represented. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
Examples of scan data obtained with the TI Asahi ground-based laser scanner.
This is an example of point cloud data of tunnel walls obtained from a PENTAX terrestrial 3D laser scanner processed by the software "LupoScan." The product photo shows a portion of the tunnel wall data processed by the software from Visiotex, "LupoScan." "LupoScan" is software specialized in processing structured laser scan (Structured format) data. When zooming in on the tunnel wall, detailed areas of chipping are clearly visible (see sub-image). It is well-suited for expanding tunnel scan data and has over 600 applications in architecture, cultural heritage, and more. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
Set up the ground-type 3D laser scanner Z+FIMAGER5016 on a tripod and measure on-site.
Kanasugi Construction Co., Ltd. in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture is using our ground-based 3D laser scanner for their operations.

【Real-time registration・Ultra-lightweight】It is possible to obtain clear and realistic 3D color point cloud data.
The "Z+F IMAGER 5016" is a high-precision, lightweight ground-based 3D laser scanner that can perform scanning and registration simultaneously using a phase difference method. While scanning, it allows for compositing, coloring, and noise processing on a tablet PC. This reduces working time in the office and prevents measurement omissions on-site. It contributes to the efficiency of operations, providing a stress-free waiting time. The measurement range is from 30 cm to 360 m. The 5016A scans at a high speed of 2.18 million points per second, while the 5016 scans at 1.1 million points per second, both equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi antenna. It boasts a measurement error of less than 1 mm (at 50 m) and low range noise, all while weighing only 6.5 kg for easy handling. 【Features】 - Equipped with an LED light, allowing measurements in dark places such as tunnels and manholes without external lighting. - Built-in high-speed Wi-Fi antenna. - Capable of measuring a horizontal range of 360° and a vertical range of 320° in a single scan. - Built-in HDR camera with adjustable white balance. - Safe to use in public places with a laser class 1 (the lowest level of hazard). - Tablet operation makes it ideal for measuring in hard-to-reach areas. *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
